STARSkate Junior is for skaters who are ready to pursue figure skating. This program focuses on specific figure skating skills, dance, and free skating.
Junior Group sessions are fully coached. Junior Freeskate sessions require private or semi-private coaching. If you have questions regarding obtaining a coach for these lessons, please reach out to the Technical Director for guidance and assistance.

The off-ice training program is a comprehensive dry-land program that incorporates fitness training, flexibility, off-ice jumps, conditioning, as well as a music, rhythm and dance appreciation program. It also further develops each skater's work ethic, goal setting, technique, teamwork and overall skating education. This program is essential for those skaters wishing to maximize themselves to their full potential. Skaters are to bring a yoga mat and water bottle to off-ice training.
ADULTS: Adults at this level may be identified for the Adult/Teen STARSkate Program. For an assessment, please email cpskatingclub@gmail.com, attention: Technical Director.
