Senior STARSkate Program
Skaters at this STARSkate level must have passed STAR 4 Skills, be working on double jumps, or have the approval of the CPSC Coaching Team.
Skaters at this level are working on advanced figure skating at the Skate Canada STAR 4 to STAR 10 and Gold levels.
A private coached lesson is mandatory for skaters at this level, and proper skating attire is required.
The off-ice training program is a comprehensive dry-land program that includes fitness training, flexibility, off-ice jumps, conditioning, and music, rhythm, and dance appreciation. It also helps develop each skater’s work ethic, goal-setting, technique, teamwork, and overall skating education.
This program is essential for skaters who wish to maximize their full potential. For Spring and Summer sessions, skaters should bring a water bottle and running shoes for off-ice training.
Please note: A parent, guardian, or designated adult must remain in the arena at all times during the session for any skater aged 12 and under.
