Senior STARSkate Program

Skaters at this STARSkate level must have passed STAR 4 Skills or working on double jumps or have the approval of the CPSC Coaching Team.

Skaters are working on advanced figure skating at the Skate Canada STAR 4 to STAR 10 and Gold levels.

A private coached lesson is mandatory for skaters at this level and proper skating attire is required.

The off-ice training program is a comprehensive dry-land program that incorporates fitness training, flexibility, off-ice jumps, conditioning, as well as a music, rhythm and dance appreciation program. It also further develops each skater's work ethic, goal setting, technique, teamwork and overall skating education. This program is essential for those skaters wishing to maximize themselves to their full potential. For Spring, skaters are to bring a water bottle and running shoes to off-ice training.

A parent, guardian, or designated adult must remain in the arena at all times during the session for any skater aged 12 and under.

Please check the exclusion dates. There will be no skating on exclusion days. Fees have been adjusted to account for exclusion dates.
