Skaters enrolled in the Pre-Junior Program will participate in a skating program focused on development and personal growth. Led by our team of professional coaches, participants will learn the fundamentals of figure skating in a progressive and sequential manner. 

OFF-ICE TRAINING

The session begins with 30 minute off-ice training. This session is focused on warm-ups,  stretching, and strength training. This session will also focus on the fundamentals of figure skating. Participants are to come prepared for physical activity with 

ON ICE TRAINING

Our On ice session consists of two 15-minute group lessons per session, designed to accelerate acquisition of Stage 5 & 6 skills and transition to the Junior program.

Semi-private coaching is highly recommended to further skills development which is available at an additional cost, but not mandatory.

OFF-ICE TRAINING

The session begins with 30 minute off-ice training. This session is focused on warm-ups,  stretching, and strength training. This session will also focus on the fundamentals of figure skating. Participants are to come prepared for physical activityactivity with running shoes and a stretching mat.

ON ICE TRAINING

Our On ice session consists of two 15-minute group lessons per session, designed to accelerate acquisition of Stage At this level it is definitely recommended that the skater skates both Wednesday and Saturday to see maximum improvement in the season of skating. A private coached lesson is mandatory for skaters at this level.
