Adult/Teen STARSkate
This program is geared to adults and teens aged 15 and up who are looking to further develop their skating skills.
To be eligible for this program, participants must have passed CanSkate Stage 6.
This is a fully coached session designed to help skaters work on their own specific goals and development needs.
Everyone’s skill development and comfort level is unique. To help determine whether this program is the right fit, a coach’s assessment will be available at the rink.
Skaters working on Stage 6 and higher are no longer required to wear a C.S.A.-approved helmet, but the final decision rests with the adult skater or parent/guardian.

If you are an adult or teen beginner, or have never been on the ice and wish to learn, please register in the Adult CanSkate program instead.
This program is offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Please check the exclusion dates. There will be no skating on exclusion days, and fees have been adjusted accordingly.
