Adult CanSkate

This program is geared toward adults who are beginner skaters, progressing up to the level of Skate Canada’s CanSkate Stage 4. CSA approved helmets are mandatory. The program includes 50 minutes of full instruction from Skate Canada-certified coaches. 

Adults who are more advanced may be identified for the Pre-Junior Program, which encompasses CanSkate Levels 4, 5, and 6 for adults. Adult skaters who have passed all 6 CanSkate levels and are ready to enter STARSkate may be identified for the STARSkate Junior Program for adults.

CanSkate for children will be run concurrently during this session, enabling parents to skate at the same time as their children who are registered in CanSkate. 

This program is offered during the Fall and Winter Seasons, and on the Spring Season if the arena schedules an extension. 

Please check the exclusion dates. There will be no skating on exclusion days. Fees have been adjusted to account for exclusion dates.
